Think Like A Pilot was founded by commercial airline pilots Captain Paul Robson and Senior First Officer James Hunter. Think Like A Pilot draws on aviation industry expertise learned since 1903, sharing human factor skills with you and your organisation to directly enhance safety, efficiency and performance. Studies have shown that staff exposed to training based on aviation human factors made 30-50% less technical errors after training.

Human factors training is particularly relevant to safety critical or high-pressure environments, where people are given the skills to become safer, more efficient, better performing individuals and teams. As airline pilots we are driven by safety, and work every day with different teams in a wide spectrum of situations and scenarios.
