MEET THE TEAM
Paul and James have amassed over 14,000 hours between them in over 30 years of flying worldwide. With experience across both Boeing and Airbus fleets, they have each faced challenging conditions whilst flying in some of the world's busiest airspace to almost 200 destinations. Think Like A Pilot was founded to share Paul and James' Human Factors skills, training and experience with progressive industries outside of aviation who are enthusiastic about enhancing their levels of safety, efficiency and performance.

Paul studied Aeromechanical Systems Engineering at Cranfield University before completing his initial pilot training in New Zealand. Since then he has worked his way through the ranks within one of the largest airlines in Europe to command the Airbus A320 aircraft. In January 2022 Paul joined the airline training department. Paul's airline career so far has seen him based out of Belfast, Liverpool, Newcastle and London Gatwick.

James began his career in aviation studying Aviation Technology with Pilot Studies at The University of Leeds before completing his initial pilot training at one of the worlds leading flight training schools in New Zealand. After a time as First Officer James became Captain on the Airbus A320 aircraft with one of the largest airlines in Europe in May 2022. James's airline career thus far has seen him based out of London Gatwick, Lisbon and Newcastle.
